  • Using your logo & brand standards, we’ll create marketing materials and email invitations to help you invite your community, audience, or organization.

  • We’ll create an Ideabook (PDF) for you and your team - ideas for marketing, product, strategy, talent, engagement, stories, and more.

  • Use the survey results to know how to follow up - build your team, get introductions, and help participants ay involved.

In addition to your invitations, our team will work to engage new audiences and networks by inviting our growing community of “thinkers.”

Add to either Level 1 or Level 2. Check with us for availability. Venue, hospitality, and travel are not included. Ideal for retail, location-based, on-site events - or when it just feels right.

  • Brainstorming generates more than ideas. Brainstorming also energizes communities, expands networks, and creates buy-in among those who participate, leading to valuable outcomes like introductions, leads, talent acquisition, investments, and partnerships. We’ll customize it for your team and business needs.

  • Virtual events are snappy, fun, and for all time zones. We can facilitate in-person, too. We find both are equally engaging and valuable.

  • Virtual events are 90 minutes (mid-day or late afternoon). In-person events are usually 2 hours (late afternoon or evening). Custom facilitation (design sprints, retreats, workshops) can be a half-, full-—, or multi-day.

  • We’ll collaborate to invite your community/audience, our community/audience, or both. Choose a pricing package that works with your goals.

    Events can range from 20 to 50+ participants, depending on your goals and venue.

  • We start with a short overview of your business & then interview you to get everyone up-to-speed. Then we facilitate ideation & brainstorming to source valuable ideas for your business. We bring it all together at the end to talk about the next steps.

  • You’ll work with Tim Schuster or a trained facilitator from our growing network.

  • Participants complete a follow-up survey to source more ideas, introductions, and leads. This survey helps founders know exactly how to follow up.

  • We design and format an Ideabook. We will review this with you and then send this as a PDF to those who participated.

  • Yes - our team will create marketing assets, materials, and a registration page with your brand.
