Health & Creativity: 10 Insanely Simple Bullet Points

  • Sleep is necessary for controlling hunger and weight – and reducing stress.

  • Sleep also leads to more creativity.

  • Walking also leads to more creativity. Walking is an excellent form of exercise.

  • Among many other benefits, exercise leads to better sleep. (See above for the benefits of sleep.)

  • More sleep equates to more energy for a workout and, (once again) less hunger.

  • Speaking of hunger, it's easy to confuse thirst for hunger: most hunger is actually thirst. Drink water to help control hunger.

  • Speaking of water, adequate hydration also increases one's likelihood of exercising. (See above about benefits of exercise.)

  • Replace some of the caffeine with more water—less caffeine results in better sleep. See above about sleep.

  • Exercise today to fall asleep faster, sleep better, and drink more water. (See above about the benefits of sleep and water.)

  • Creativity, sleep, hydration, and exercise - it’s all connected.
