Meet Your Facilitator

Matt Randerson

Matt Randerson lives in the Twin Cities but will always call Wisconsin his home. Matt works at Thrivent where he focuses on creative research-based learning experiences that equip church leaders across the country. Matt carries a deep passion for leadership and community. The things we accomplish are always noteworthy but who we are in the process and the people we get to journey alongside are equally as valuable.

What happens at Popup Think Tank?

Step 1: Interview the founder

We'll take a few minutes to learn about Strive from founder, Mary Taris. Matt will interview Mary and we'll learn about the mission, vision, challenges, and opportunities.

Step 2: Contribute your ideas, wisdom, and connections

Good ideas are deep inside of each of us. All are welcome to participate, and many are surprised how many ideas they have to offer once we get started! Matt will show us how to do it.

Step 3: Celebrate the mission!

After the event we'll put the ideas in an Idea Book for the team at Strive. As much as this event is about generating new ideas, it's also about celebrating those who are making a difference. Register today to see this process in action - and join in the creation of something our world needs.
