Meet Our Facilitators
Our growing community of facilitators generously offer their time and energy to facilitate brainstorming experiences for nonprofit founders so they can gain new ideas, increase support, and build momentum. Member facilitators are coaches, consultants, community organizers, faith leaders, and advisors. They see Popup Think Tank as a way to serve and make a difference.
As a public speaker, writer and strategic program developer, Allie Palmer is the founder and director of several non-profits that seek to train children in practical skills, character development, and help parents engage in the process. In addition, she has initiated a game providing women a way to strengthen their relationships, while impacting broken lives. She loves "think tanking" problems and finding out of the box solutions. Allie has been a Popup Think Tank Facilitator since 2018.
ANN KIRBY MCGILL
Ann Kirby McGill is Chief of Think and Do at Concord Strategies. She is a trusted thought-partner who brings executive judgment and execution capacity. In both strategic and operational roles, she has advanced mission-critical goals inside and outside some of Minnesota’s finest public and nonprofit organizations. She has been a Popup Think Tank facilitator since 2018.
Anya Vincenti is a native of Denver, Colorado and lover of all things outdoors. Anya deeply cares about genuine and authentic relationships with her friends and family which is reflected in her career as a representative of the world’s premiere vacation club. She has been a Popup Think Tank Facilitator since 2018.
Brian Kiley has lived in the Twin Cities most of his life. Brian has a passion for encouraging missionally minded people, groups, and companies. He is a connector by nature and loves to help people put the pieces of the puzzle together. He has been a Popup Think Tank Facilitator since 2018.
Jayne is an encourager. She is passionate about empowering people to live with purpose. As founder of Jayne Kane Life Coaching she is living her dream of helping women in transition. As Mission Engagement Coach with Love INC, she cultivates partnerships with local churches and service agencies that change lives and communities. As a Popup Think Tank facilitator she is taking her practice to a new level as she encourages and empowers even more people to life with purpose.
Matt Randerson lives in the Twin Cities but will always call Wisconsin his home. Matt works at Thrivent where he focuses on creative research-based learning experiences that equip church leaders across the country. Matt carries a deep passion for leadership and community. The things we accomplish are always noteworthy but who we are in the process and the people we get to journey alongside are equally as valuable.
Mike says, “I think the most radical, creative, and necessary action humans can take on today is listening. I create Intertwine with others because I want to learn to listen, and I can’t do that alone.” Mike is the Founder of Intertwine NE, a community that gathers around the questions of what it means to "be human" and "how do we do this well?" He believes the power of together and good questions are what makes it happen. He has been a facilitator with Popup Think Tank since 2017.
Tim Schuster believes every founder deserves the opportunity to build a community around their project. As a Strategic Development Consultant at Thrivent Financial, a not-for-profit company with a mission to help people be wise and generous, he works on teams that test and launch new products, businesses, and partnerships. He lives in North Minneapolis with his partner, Kelsey, and their daughter, Joslyn.
